Lead design quality assurance and control across large infrastructure projects. Develop and maintain QMS to ISO 9001:2015 and CSA standards, manage audits, supplier evaluations, non-conformance/CAPA, document control, change management, and provide technical mentorship, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to ensure regulatory and client compliance.

Lead cost management for major design and engineering projects: configure and maintain Oracle/Unifier cost systems, manage forecasting, EV/KPI reporting, invoicing, cash flow, estimates, contract records, and mentor cost controllers to ensure commercial governance and financial close support.

Provide document control and project coordination for heavy civil, transportation, ports and marine infrastructure projects. Maintain and archive records, scan/index and classify documents, manage approvals, RFIs, submittals and transmittals, produce logs and registers, support site meetings and onboarding, coordinate travel and timesheets, assist audits and migrations, and mentor junior document controllers to ensure accurate, accessible project records.

Lead schedule development, integration, and control for major projects. Create and maintain master and design schedules, perform qualitative and quantitative analysis (including TIA), apply EVM, manage risks/delays, support claims and dispute resolution, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with contract and HSE requirements.

Lead the drainage discipline, providing technical direction in drainage and stormwater management, overseeing project delivery, mentoring engineers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business development and client relationships across infrastructure projects.

Lead BIM coordination for infrastructure/transportation projects: implement BIM Execution Plans, review models/drawings, enforce BIM/drafting standards, allocate resources, liaise with project stakeholders, and develop BIM policies and tool recommendations.

Mentor account team, manage escalations, run client business reviews, and identify opportunities for new or expanded services to increase share of wallet.

Lead sector portfolio strategy and client engagement for Internet & Software clients across the Americas. Support Account and Client Portfolio Managers to grow revenue, improve margins, execute client business plans, mentor teams, pursue new commercial models, manage pipeline and ensure portfolio financial targets are met. Represent Arcadis at events and act as a market thought leader.

Lead enterprise-scale IBM Maximo data migration and asset data transformation programs for transportation clients. Define migration strategy, data models, asset hierarchies, governance, and ETL/ELT architectures; run discovery, profiling, cleansing, validation, cutover planning, stakeholder workshops, and reporting to harmonize data across ERP, GIS, and operational systems.

Lead Arcadis Canada climate adaptation strategy and deliver complex climate risk and resilience projects. Provide technical leadership, business development, client engagement, multidisciplinary team oversight, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing to grow the climate adaptation portfolio and ensure technical excellence aligned with policy and regulatory drivers.

Lead ISO 19650-compliant information management on infrastructure projects: set up and govern CDEs, define EIR/PIR and MIDP/TIDP, support BIM coordination, manage metadata/COBie deliverables, audit compliance, train staff, and improve IM workflows and templates.
