Prepare and verify project cost reports and invoices, monitor accounts receivable/payable, classify costs, support month-end/year-end reporting, process change notices, maintain contracts and change logs, assist minor scope estimates, and resolve project control issues with the project controls team.

Perform desktop reviews and conduct terrestrial and aquatic field surveys, habitat delineations, and flora/fauna assessments. Prepare technical reports, work plans, and regulatory permit applications; engage stakeholders and Indigenous groups; liaise with government agencies. Fieldwork requires GPS use, long hours outdoors, and occasional overnight travel during field season.

Lead contaminated-site assessment, remediation, and monitoring projects. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, oversee field programs and subcontractors, deliver client communications and reports, and support business development (RFPs/EOIs).
