Lead Arcadis Canada climate adaptation strategy and deliver complex climate risk and resilience projects. Provide technical leadership, business development, client engagement, multidisciplinary team oversight, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing to grow the climate adaptation portfolio and ensure technical excellence aligned with policy and regulatory drivers.

Lead contaminated-site assessment, remediation, and monitoring projects. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, oversee field programs and subcontractors, deliver client communications and reports, and support business development (RFPs/EOIs).

Lead Indigenous-focused business development and strategic advisory within Intelligent Mobility Services. Build partnerships with Indigenous communities and governments, guide project concepts, funding strategies, and governance, mentor teams, and drive inclusive, culturally informed infrastructure outcomes that support Arcadis’ service offerings and sales targets.
