Your Role at Delta Faucet
The eCommerce B2B Channel Marketing Manager’s primary responsibility is to develop marketing strategy to build loyalty and consideration with Pros who shop online. They will be an expert in this fast-growing segment of the market and responsible for developing a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve annual revenue growth goals. This role partners closely with the eCommerce and brick & mortar sales teams to manage the channel strategically as one winning team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the B2B eCommerce channel.
- Conduct target audience research and segment analysis
- Develop programs to build Delta’s pro relationships online
- Identify and activate opportunities to grow the professional installer segment through targeted B2B marketing.
- Parter with brand to develop digital content for B2B pro marketing
- Develop sales enablement content, training materials and host training for B2B pro sales representatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and digital teams to align channel initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure channel growth and profitability.
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and customer behaviors to inform strategy.
- Partner with Brand to execute full funnel campaigns and strategies in eCommerce
Qualifications
- 5 Years of Experience in B2B Marketing, Home Improvement Marketing, Retail or eCommerce
- Omni-channel marketing experience preferred; Passion for digital marketing
- Ability to quickly adapt and change to a continuously evolving market
- Strong analytical capability – must be able to analyze data to inform decision making
- Collaborative mentality with ability to build relationships with customer
- Degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business or related field
