Job Summary

    The Director, Physician & Leadership Recruitment drive performance management, professional development, and consultative recruitment sales strategies with the divisional production team to exceed plan expectations and outperform competitive forces ultimately impacting division financial performance.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Reviews and approves all client and healthcare professional agreements in terms of rate ranges, fees, and contract terms to determine the likelihood of placement and revenue potential as well as legal compliance.
    • Manages customer situations on behalf of team members (e.g., contract clarification and disputes) to preserve loyalty and market share.
    • Strategizes with counterparts to evaluate projection components (i.e., days filled, specialty mix, average daily rate) and implement action plans that address fluctuating regional performance to exceed monthly budget quota.
    • Evaluates trends within vertical and horizontal markets/lines of business to identify potential strategic opportunities and partnerships using an entrepreneurial approach.
    • Models standard processes by observing and providing coaching to continuously improve training delivery.
    • Assesses divisional training needs and performance data to develop & implement a results-based training curriculum that addresses performance gaps.
    • Facilitates team meetings to determine individual performance progress and weekly goals by discussing presentations, open jobs, hot jobs, and pending contracts/jobs to expedite the process.
    • Conducts monthly/quarterly individual meetings with team members to assess production results and consultative sales approach to project quarterly performance and discuss team member obstacles & dynamics.
    • Evaluates daily and weekly team member production according to top grading criteria to coach and implement action plans using the performance improvement plan process.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Bachelor's Degree plus 7-10 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 11-14 years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Experience in a healthcare staffing role
      • Experience in a management or supervisory role
      • Experience building strong relationships with key partners and decision makers
      • Experience with Salesforce
      • Experience maintaining confidential and sensitive information

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate$86,000 - $107,000 Salary

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.

        This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission.  Please ask your recruiter for more information.
