About Us:

Empowering the Backbone of Industry

At Squint, we're building technology that matters. While many tech companies focus on digital-first industries, we've set our sights on empowering the 80% of the global workforce that keeps our world running: frontline manufacturing operators. From soda cans to tires, toothpaste to chocolate bars, chips to napkin holders, these are the people who build the things you touch and see every single day.

The Leading Manufacturing Intelligence Platform

Squint delivers critical knowledge to frontline workers exactly when and where they need it. Our platform transforms manufacturing operations by putting AI and AR capabilities directly at workers' fingertips, creating what we call "agentic manufacturing" – where every team member has the power to make informed decisions in real-time using practical, applied artificial intelligence tools.

Proven Impact with Industry Leaders

Our technology serves Fortune 500 leaders across Automotive, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Life Sciences industries. These companies trust Squint to capture and activate their essential operational know-how, resulting in measurable improvements: reduced downtime, minimized waste, and optimized productivity at scale.

Technology that Respects its Users

We build consumer-grade software that delivers enterprise-grade results on familiar devices: phones and tablets. By combining cutting-edge innovation with deep customer insights, we create tools that feel intuitive while transforming how physical production environments operate.

Backed and Built by the Best

Our vision has earned the support of elite investors including Sequoia Capital and Menlo Ventures. Our co-founders have been recognized on Forbes' 30 Under 30 for Manufacturing and Industry, and Fast Company named us one of the most innovative augmented and virtual reality companies of 2025. Our teammates hail from Airbnb, Splunk, Square, Segment, and Ironclad.

Join Us in Making a Difference

When you join Squint, you're not just building another app – you're creating technology that improves daily work life for people who manufacture the products our world depends on. It's meaningful work with visible impact.

About the Job:

Product at Squint gets to shape the future of industry in manufacturing. We partner cross-functionally across EPD and GTM to ideate and deliver impactful, customer-centric features quickly and thoughtfully. We pride ourselves on working directly with our customers – Fortune 500 manufacturers – to build the future of technology on the factory floor.

This is a product leadership role that will report directly to the Head of Product and Design. You’ll help drive the vision for the platform, partner with PMs on their product areas, collaborate deeply with GTM, and play a critical role in defining how the product team continues to operate and evolve.

Where You’ll Work:

This role is based in our San Francisco office, where you’ll be able to collaborate in-person with our SF team. You’ll enjoy a plethora of snacks, critical boba runs, catered lunch, and other fun perks!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive excellence in the strategy and execution of Product at Squint.

  • Work closely and deeply with design and engineering to craft a high-quality, intuitive user experience that delights our customers.

  • Partner closely with go-to-market teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to define positioning, messaging, enablement, and adoption.

  • Be the ultimate advocate for the customer, ensuring that product decisions create real value for our users.

  • Be able to get in the weeds and zoom out as needed – great product leaders at Squint understand the details while also evolving the strategy of our product.

  • Champion quality – you’ll be an arbiter of greatness for our product, and drive our entire EPD org to do the same.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in product management at high-growth companies

  • Clarity in process. You can identify the right problems to solve, consider multiple solutions, and speak intelligently about tradeoffs across our product suite.

  • Excellent communication & collaboration. You’re able to consider different levels of abstraction so your ideas land with your audience.

  • Systems thinking. You can break down complex problems and expose simple interfaces for accomplishing difficult tasks.

  • A deeply customer-focused approach. You’re constantly empathizing with customers and checking back in to make sure we're delivering intuitive value.

  • Data driven. You understand how to leverage quantitative and qualitative data to drive the right fidelity of decision-making here.

  • AI savviness. You’re curious, excited, and experimental about the way the world is changing beneath our feet and are able to drive that kind of thinking in our product development.

Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary and Equity

  • Comprehensive Medical, Vision, and Dental care

  • Mental Health Services

  • Flexible PTO Policy
