The Canadian Small & Medium Enterprises team is looking for a Director, Product Management to help drive our growth in the segment through solution innovation & commercialization, value proposition enhancements (core & via partnerships), distribution of Mastercard products and solutions via channel distribution channels, and P&L optimization. Role
In This Product Management Position The Selected Candidate Will:
Execute against our strategy to capture incremental segment share and help secure market, divisional leadership
Analyze market trends, competition, and SME lifecycle journeys to inform product and go-to-market strategies, driving product differentiation and innovation
Identify partnership opportunities to drive value proposition improvements and new distribution channels
Support and/or Lead the implementation of new product development initiatives, Product Line Strategy execution, and portfolio optimization activities in collaboration with Services
Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders (e.g. O&T, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Market Development, Account Management, Services, etc.) to deliver on role and business objectives (eg. portfolio growth, financial analysis/P&L driver optimization, marketing & sales materials, product enhancements, etc.)
Support business development and account management colleagues in customer-facing discussions to help advance SME objectives
Collaborate with the broader Commercial & New Payment Flows team to help design and execute relevant use cases to advance digital solutions for the segment
Work with other regional and divisional teams ensure sales readiness and training by developing necessary sales enablement tools for SMEs
