We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Director of Finance (Supply Chain and Wholesale) to join our Finance team in Langley, BC.  

Reporting to the Vice President, Finance, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning, analysis, and strategy development that drive performance across supply chain and wholesale operations, with a strong focus on budgeting, forecasting, and margin optimization. In this role, you will collaborate with senior leadership to align on financial targets, uncover operational efficiencies, and guide a high-performing team in delivering insights and initiatives that support long-term growth and profitability.

You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the preparation of financial analysis/reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

  • Partnering with executive leadership to drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, and margin improvement.

  • Liaising with senior leadership to determine and align on appropriate budget targets supported by analytics and insights and providing comparisons and recommendations.

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies that support supply chain and wholesale operations, including close collaboration with departments across the organization.

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team, providing strategic direction, clear priorities, and professional development opportunities to support individual growth and organizational success.

  • Supporting ad hoc projects based on strategic priorities.

You have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.

  • A CPA designation.

  • 10 or more years of financial reporting experience within a large-scale organization.

  • Business knowledge related to supply chain, wholesale, manufacturing, or distribution companies.

  • Financial modeling experience with large data sets & complex calculations.

  • Experience with ERP/financial systems & implementation projects.

  • Experience with leading and managing a team.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced experience with MS Excel.

  • An effective leader with strong interpersonal skills.

  • An excellent written and verbal communicator with strong presentation skills.

  • Analytical with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Compensation Details:

$99,637.00 - $132,849.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
