Le directeur de comptes est responsable de la direction stratégique et de la croissance des comptes clients. Il travaille étroitement avec les clients, développe des stratégies de relation à long terme et identifie des opportunités pour la croissance des comptes. Le directeur de comptes assure la satisfaction globale des clients de haute valeur et peuvent également être impliqués dans la prospection de nouvelles affaires.

Principales responsabilités
  • Développer et exécuter des stratégies de croissance de compte, y compris identifier de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires / upsell / cross-sell (démarchage);
  • Comprendre les objectifs commerciaux plus larges de chaque client, aligner nos services de développement web pour soutenir leurs objectifs stratégiques;
  • Servir de point de contact principal pour les clients, établir et maintenir des relations solides avec eux;
  • Participer au processus de pitch et préparer des propositions pour des clients, en collaboration avec l’équipe de développement des affaires;
  • Participer à l’analyse et à la rédaction des soumissions aux appels d’offres publics et sur invitation;
  • Assurer le suivi des paiements des clients selon les ententes contractuelles;
  • Participer activement aux rencontres de bilans de projets afin d’assurer une évolution de nos standards et de nos façons de faire en gardant le focus sur l’efficacité du travail;
  • Effectuer des suivis de satisfaction des clients;
  • Rester informé des tendances de l'industrie, des technologies numériques et des paysages concurrentiels pour éclairer les décisions stratégiques et les recommandations;
  • Assurer des états d’avancement à haut niveau des projets en cours et s’assurer qu’ils soient livrés à temps et respectent les budgets;
  • Stimuler la rétention des clients en garantissant une expérience client supérieure.

The Account Manager is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of client accounts. They work closely with clients, develop long-term relationship strategies, and identify opportunities for account growth. The Account Manager ensures overall satisfaction of high-value clients and may also be involved in new business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account growth strategies, including identifying new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities (prospecting);
  • Understand each client’s broader business goals and align our web development services to support their strategic objectives;
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong
    relationships;
  • Participate in pitch processes and prepare proposals for clients, in collaboration with the business development team;
  • Contribute to the analysis and drafting of responses to public and invitation-only RFPs; Ensure client payments are tracked and collected according to contractual agreements;
  • Actively participate in project post-mortem meetings to help evolve our standards and practices, with a focus on work efficiency;
  • Conduct client satisfaction follow-ups;
  • Stay informed of industry trends, digital technologies, and the competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making and recommendations;
  • Provide high-level updates on ongoing projects and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget;
  • Drive client retention by ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Exigences / Requirements

  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou tout autre programme d'études en lien avec le poste;
  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire;
  • Bilingue (français et anglais);
  • Grandes aptitudes en service à la clientèle;
  • Avoir du leadership et faire preuve d’ambition;
  • Forte connaissance dans le domaine du numérique;
  • Connaissance de Craft CMS et/ou WordPress (un atout).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field of study;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Bilingual (French and English);
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Demonstrated leadership and ambition;
  • Strong knowledge of the digital field;
  • Knowledge of Craft CMS and/or WordPress (an asset).
