The Role

As a Demand Generation Manager, you’ll be the driver of scalable growth. You’ll build intelligent campaigns that don’t just run; they learn and improve over time. You’ll collaborate across teams (Marketing, Sales, Product), using AI to unlock performance at scale.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing campaigns that create awareness, engage prospects, and generate qualified leads across all segments

Your work will directly fuel pipeline, revenue and the business trajectory.

What You’ll Do

  • Demand Generation strategy: Develop and execute multi‑channel demand gen programs (including digital advertising, content marketing, email, direct mail, content syndication, webinars, ABM, and coordination with our events team) to drive MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline

  • Campaign Management: Build, manage, and analyze marketing campaigns to ensure strong ROI. Collaborate with GTM, Marketing and Product Marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that align with Solink’s brand and resonate with our core audience.

  • Demand Gen AI: Implement and leverage AI‑enabled tools/agents to continuously optimize campaign performance, budget allocation and scalability of our Demand Gen programs.

  • Account based campaigns: Design, execute and refine ABM campaigns that address the unique needs of mid-sized and large organizations. Collaborate with Sales, Enterprise Marketing and Product Marketing on personalized engagement strategies that build awareness and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.

  • Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign ROI, cost‑per‑lead, conversion, pipeline contribution, use insights to improve effectiveness, scalability and predictability.

  • Collaboration with stakeholders (Growth, GTM, Product Marketing, Marketing) to create cohesive and aligned demand generation efforts.

What You Bring

Must-Have:

  • 4–6 years in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS

  • Proven capability in multi‑channel campaign development + measurement.

  • Strong communication and project management, and cross‑functional collaboration. You are a team player.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation & CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities; highly organized and able to pivot strategies quickly based on performance data or market changes.

  • Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills: ROI tracking, conversion metrics, optimization

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience or interest implementing AI‑powered tools or agents for campaign optimization

  • Experience running webinars

  • Paid Search and Conversion Rate Optimization experience

Security Requirements

  • Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;

  • Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;

  • Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.
