*This hybrid role will work from our office located in downtown Vancouver three days per week (Tue, Wed, Thu)
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) – Platform Adoption Specialist at Boomi, you will be instrumental in driving end-to-end platform adoption for customers on Boomi’s Full Consumption Model. We're looking for a technical strategist to champion multi-product adoption, guiding customers cross different time zones (AMERICAS, EMEA and APJ) to unlock the full potential of Boomi's Integration & Automation, API, Data, and AI Management suite.
You'll collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product Marketing, Technology, Sales and CS organizations within Boomi to demonstrate powerful cross-platform solutions, guiding our Full Consumption customers to unlock the full potential of Boomi's comprehensive suite.
What you'll do:
- Be a Strategic Advisor: Partner with IT leaders and technical teams globally to develop mutual success plans, aligning Boomi's cutting-edge platform with their key business goals and delivering measurable impact
- Drive Multi-Product Adoption: Architect and execute structured onboarding and adoption plans that accelerate time-to-value and maximize utilization of Boomi's Integration, MDH, APIM, Event Streams, Flow, and AI services
- Provide Consultative Leadership: Uncover customer challenges and opportunities, positioning Boomi as the strategic platform of choice, and sharing invaluable technical and architectural insights gleaned from successful customer implementations
- Cultivate Customer Advocacy: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, turning them into Boomi champions and ensuring our platform remains critical to their long-term success, even amidst organizational changes
- Navigate the Competitive Landscape: Proactively identify competitive influences and articulate Boomi's unique vision, roadmap, and the compelling business value we deliver
- Bring Technical Acumen: Dive deep into complex technical environments, conduct insightful workshops, and serve as a trusted platform advocate, helping customers overcome technical hurdles and embrace new Boomi innovations
- Be Proactive with Data: Analyze platform usage data to identify adoption trends, provide data-driven recommendations, and guide customers towards continuous optimization
- Ensure Portfolio Health: Proactively manage customer portfolio health, forecast renewals accurately, and collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate risks and elevate strategic conversations with executive stakeholders
- Master Escalation Management: Effectively triage and manage business escalations, translating impact into prioritized actions and ensuring timely resolution through cross-functional coordination
- Deliver Value-Driven Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews showcasing tangible achievements, measurable outcomes, and the ongoing value derived from the Boomi platform
The Experience you bring:
- 6+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solution Architecture, or Consulting with a focus on enterprise SaaS platforms
- Deep understanding of iPaaS, APIM, Data management principles, and cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Experience driving multi-product adoption in a subscription-based SaaS model
- Commitment to achieving Boomi technical certifications within the first two months of employment
- Adaptable and flexible to accommodate engagements across different time zones (AMERICAS, EMEA and APJ)
Bonus points if you have:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Boomi Certifications or equivalent in competing platforms
Key competencies:
- Excellent communicator with an ability to translate technical concepts into business value for C-level stakeholders
- Ability to uncover hidden challenges and position solutions
- Ability to interpret usage analytics and drive action

Compensation
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The On Target Earnings (OTE) ranges from 143,000 - 179,000 CAD annually (inclusive of commission). Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
