Creative Operations Manager Remilia Corporation — Orange County (Hybrid)
Remilia Corporation is a design, fashion and creative agency with studios in California and Seoul. We produce fashion, conceptual marketing campaigns, activations, events and cultural projects—often across all of them at once. We collaborate with underground artists, experimental musicians in both US and Asia frequently.
We're looking for someone to own creative operations across our projects—physical and digital. You'll run production for shoots, events, campaigns, and digital work end-to-end: building timelines, managing budgets, coordinating teams and vendors, and making sure everything delivers on time and at quality.
You:
3–5 years in creative production, operations, or project management—agency, studio, brand, or production company
Experience running projects across physical (shoots, events, fabrication) and digital (video, web, motion, 3D)
Strong project manager; you build systems, not just follow them
Excellent communicator; can wrangle internal teams, external collaborators, and vendors across time zones
Fluent in project management tools (Notion, Airtable, Asana, Monday) and comfortable building workflows from scratch
Sharp on budgets; can scope, track, and flag issues before they blow up
Calm under pressure; thrives in fast-moving environments with competing priorities
Resourceful and proactive; you solve problems before they're escalated to you
Engaged with contemporary art, fashion, music, or design—you understand the work, not just the logistics
Familiarity with East Asian markets and collaborators a plus; Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin a bonus
Flexible on hours for shoots, events, and time zone coordination
You will:
Lead production planning and execution across shoots, events, campaigns, and digital projects
Build and manage project timelines, budgets, and resourcing across workstreams
Coordinate internal teams and external collaborators—photographers, directors, editors, developers, animators, fabricators, vendors
Own logistics for physical production: locations, equipment, travel, call sheets, on-site execution
Own workflows for digital production: asset pipelines, version control, delivery schedules, archiving
Manage vendor and freelancer relationships; source new partners as needed
Maintain project documentation and creative asset systems
Identify operational bottlenecks and build processes to fix them
Support leadership with scoping, scheduling, and feasibility on new projects
Not for you if:
You're more comfortable executing than owning
You need stable, predictable workflows to do your best work
You're not interested in the creative side of what we make
Us:
Salary + performance bonus
Full-time, in-office (OC, California)
Ownership of production operations across a wide range of creative projects
Work directly with creative leadership and global collaborators
Access to global network of artists, designers, and cultural projects
