Creative Operations Intern Remilia Corporation — Orange County
Remilia Corporation is a design, fashion and creative agency with studios in California and Seoul. We produce fashion, conceptual marketing campaigns, activations, events and cultural projects—often across all of them at once. We collaborate with underground artists, experimental musicians in both US and Asia frequently.
We're looking for an operations intern to help keep creative projects organized and moving—across both physical and digital production. You'll support shoots, events, campaigns, and digital projects from planning through delivery—tracking timelines, coordinating workflows, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You:
Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field, or 0–2 years in production, operations, or project coordination
Highly organized; you track details and follow through without being reminded
Clear communicator; can coordinate across teams, collaborators, and vendors
Comfortable with spreadsheets, schedules, and project management tools (Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets)
Familiar with creative workflows—physical (shoots, events) and digital (video, web, motion, 3D)
Calm under pressure; can handle fast timelines and shifting priorities
Resourceful problem-solver; figures things out without waiting to be told how
Interest in fashion, art, or cultural production—you want to understand how things get made
Familiarity with East Asian markets and culture a plus
Flexible on hours for shoots, events, and time zone coordination
You will:
Support production planning across shoots, events, campaigns, and digital projects
Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets across physical and digital workstreams
Coordinate schedules and handoffs across internal teams and external collaborators—photographers, editors, developers, animators, vendors
Manage logistics for physical production: equipment, materials, travel, call sheets
Manage workflows for digital production: asset delivery, version control, file organization
Maintain project documentation and creative asset archives
Assist on-site at shoots and events as needed
Flag delays, conflicts, or issues before they become problems
Help source vendors, freelancers, and production resources
Not for you if:
You're disorganized or need a lot of structure imposed on you to stay on top of things
You're not interested in the behind-the-scenes of creative work
Fast-moving, unpredictable environments stress you out
Us:
$18–25/hour based on experience
Part-time or full-time, 20–40 hours/week, 3–6 months (potential extension or conversion)
On-site in office in Irvine, California
Hands-on experience across fashion, digital, campaign, and event production
Access to global network of artists, designers, and creative collaborators
