- Ensure visual consistency across all marketing materials, including websites, social media, email campaigns, paid media and print materials.
- Develop the execution of high-impact visual campaigns that effectively communicate Baubap’s value propositions and engage users.
- Collaborate with Product, Brand and Design System teams to integrate visual design seamlessly into promotional strategies.
- Create and enforce brand guidelines and design standards to ensure a unified brand presence across all touch points.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles, ensuring that all visual elements enhance the user experience and meet user needs.
- Analyze the performance of visual content and campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine and optimize future creative efforts.
- Manage design resources effectively, balancing workload and ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget constraints.
- Communicate design concepts and strategies clearly to stakeholders, securing buy-in and feedback to refine creative direction.
The day to day tasks:
- Active and proactive brainstorming based on the projected brand’s positioning
- Help lead creative stand-ups or team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and address any challenges faced by the creative team.
- Review creative briefs for new projects, ensuring clear communication of objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work on developing creative concepts and visual strategies for marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.
- Be self-critic on design work, ensuring it meets brand standards and project objectives.
- Attend meetings with internal stakeholders to present design concepts, discuss project requirements, and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with Product, Brand and Design System teams to align visual designs with overall business strategies and goals.
- Provide and receive guidance, training, and support with their peers to help each other grow professionally and improve their skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and technology advancements to ensure Baubap’s visual identity remains current and competitive.
- Oversee the consistency of the brand's visual identity across all channels, including digital platforms, marketing materials, and product interfaces.
- Contribute to hands-on design work, particularly for high-priority projects or when demonstrating techniques to the team.
- Analyze the performance of visual campaigns and content, using metrics and feedback to inform future design decisions and strategies.
- Create and update design guidelines and documentation to ensure consistent application of the brand’s visual identity across all projects.
- Use project management tools to track the progress of design projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Address any design-related issues that arise during the project lifecycle, finding solutions to keep projects on track.
