Superside is seeking a UI/UX Creative Team Lead to drive creative excellence and foster a collaborative team environment. You’ll oversee the creative vision across Websites, Landing Pages, Emails, Design Systems, and Product Design, while mentoring and managing a global team of UX/UI Designers to deliver exceptional digital experiences for top-tier brands like Meta, Amazon, and Google.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee the execution of creative projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction
- Mentor and lead a team of UX/UI Designers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth
- Act as the primary creative contact for customers, providing strategic insights, managing expectations, and building strong relationships
- Facilitate regular 1:1s and team meetings to support team development, resolve challenges, and align goals
- Review team deliverables to maintain high-quality standards and ensure alignment with client objectives
- Collaborate with Creative Project Managers to scope, plan, and allocate resources effectively
- Monitor team performance through analytics dashboards addressing CSAT scores, escalations, and overall workload balance
- Contribute design expertise during sales efforts, including RFPs, proposals, and client pitches
- Encourage continuous learning and development, leveraging AI tools and industry best practices
- Lead quarterly reviews and performance evaluations, ensuring alignment with career paths and Superside’s expectations
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 7+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer, with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, balancing individual growth and project success
- A strong portfolio showcasing leadership in Websites, Landing Pages, Emails, Design Systems, and Product Design
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and design tools, with the ability to guide workflows and mentor effectively
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) for seamless design-to-development collaboration
- Expertise in building scalable design systems and conducting UX/UI audits focused on accessibility and responsiveness
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Figma plugins) and a commitment to leveraging innovation for efficiency
- Strong communication skills to articulate strategies, provide feedback, and collaborate effectively
- Knowledge of platforms like Webflow, WordPress, and Shopify, with the ability to guide integrations
