Kabam is looking for a Creative AI Specialist to support the Marketing team by implementing AI tools, establishing best practices and using them to produce high-quality creative assets for UA and brand campaigns.
This is a hands-on production role. The focus is on setting up practical AI workflows, generating marketing assets, and training the team to use them effectively.
You can expect to be responsible for:
- AI Tool Implementation:
- Set up and configure AI tools for Marketing.
- Create simple, repeatable workflows for asset generation.
- Ensure tools are easy for non-technical creatives to use.
- Maintain brand consistency across outputs.
- Creative Production Support:
- Generate static UA ad variations.
- Support AI-assisted video creation and iteration.
- Restyle and adapt existing assets for new campaigns.
- Repose characters and generate backgrounds as needed.
- Prepare assets for different formats and platforms.
- Upscale low-resolution assets.
- Improve image clarity and clean up artifacts.
- Adapt creative to required sizes and aspect ratios.
- Training & Adoption:
- Run training sessions for the Marketing team.
- Create simple usage guides.
- Provide hands-on support during rollout.
- Ensure key team members can use tools independently by end of contract.
Your background includes:
- 3 to 6 years in creative production or marketing asset development.
- Experience using AI tools for image and video generation.
- Experience supporting UA or marketing teams.
- Strong understanding of brand and visual consistency.
- Experience with AI image generation and enhancement tools.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted video tools.
- Comfortable preparing production-ready assets.
- Basic workflow setup experience.
- Mobile game marketing experience.
- Experience training creative teams.
- Familiarity with Photoshop, After Effects, or similar tools.
- AI tools implemented and actively used by Marketing.
- Increased volume of marketing-ready creative.
- Faster turnaround on UA variations.
- Team members able to use AI tools independently.
