About The Job
We are looking for a proactive and innovative Corporate Applications & AI Systems Specialist to join our team in Vancouver. In this role, you will lead the management, optimization, and integration of enterprise applications that power Corinex’s global operations. You will also drive the adoption and utilization of AI-powered tools and automation solutions to enhance productivity, data insights, and collaboration across teams.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with strategic thinking- optimizing business systems, leveraging emerging AI technologies, and enabling teams to work smarter through efficient, data-driven solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize corporate applications (e.g. Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, ERP, CRM) to ensure reliability, integration, and user adoption.
- Lead the implementation and ongoing management of AI tools and platforms to enhance meeting productivity, workflow automation, data analysis, and cross-department collaboration.
- Provide technical and functional support to employees globally, both onsite and remotely.
- Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities and bring suggestions for automation, AI utilization, and process improvement across operations.
- Oversee system administration, including user access, permissions, and security protocols across multiple cloud and on-prem environments.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and secure handling of corporate information across systems.
- Maintain and support virtualization technologies, Linux and Windows Server environments, and corporate networks as part of broader IT ecosystem management.
- Manage software licensing, renewals, and vendor relationships for corporate applications and AI tools.
- Develop documentation, training materials, and internal communication to support adoption of new systems and AI solutions.
- Participate in strategic technology planning, recommending solutions that align with Corinex’s growth, digital transformation, and AI integration roadmap.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate IT, enterprise applications, or digital systems management.
- Experience implementing or supporting AI-driven platforms (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Zoom AI Companion, Otter.ai, Power Automate, or similar).
- Strong technical foundation in Linux and Windows Server administration, networking, and security principles.
- Familiarity with process automation, system integrations (API, Power Automate, Zapier, etc.), and data management.
- Proven ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to stay current with emerging AI trends and assess potential impact on business operations.
