About the Role

As a Copywriter, you’ll play a key supporting role in delivering creative and strategic brand initiatives that drive global awareness, consistency, and impact. Reporting to the Brand team, you’ll help execute a wide range of projects—from content creation to digital brand activations—designed to strengthen both Konrad Group brands and Konrad client engagements.

This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, creative storytelling, and digital transformation. You’ll work across teams to support the crafting of global brand strategies, contribute to high-quality content development, and help bring innovative brand experiences to life.

To succeed, you’ll bring strong writing skills, a solid grasp of marketing and branding principles, and a passion for creative problem-solving. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with stakeholders, and translating ideas into polished, compelling deliverables.

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to client-facing projects, including copywriting, digital marketing campaigns, and content strategy.
  • Support the Brand team on a variety of internal and external initiatives including brand activations, creative production, and marketing copy.
  • Help drive creative strategy across touchpoints—from concept to execution—with a consistent and compelling brand voice.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of client workshops, applying design thinking methodologies to content and communication challenges.
  • Write, edit, and publish authoritative content for our websites
  • Concept, create, and manage social media content
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure brand alignment and elevate storytelling across channels.
  • Identify new content formats and distribution channels to increase reach and engagement.

What You Bring

  • 0-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or communications.
  • Proven writing skills across various formats and channels
  • Familiarity with brand strategy and a passion for creative problem-solving.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas to clients and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
  • An eye for detail and a commitment to producing polished, professional work.
