Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams for a digital banking modernization. Validate functional and technical requirements, assess operational impacts and workflow gaps, ensure member experience and UI/UX alignment, drive branch/contact centre readiness and policy updates, and collaborate with product, design, architecture, and development teams in Agile delivery.
We are looking for a highly analytical Business / Systems Analyst to join an enterprise digital banking modernization project. This role is ideal for an individual who excels at bridging the gap between technical delivery and operational reality, ensuring that the new digital banking platform aligns with business requirements and that credit union staff and members experience a seamless transition.
What You'll Do- Review and validate functional and technical requirements against business objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive operational impact assessments to identify gaps between legacy workflows (Forge 2.0) and future-state workflows.
- Validate member experience workflows, UI/UX configurations, and custom branding needs.
- Drive readiness planning for branches, the contact centre, and operations teams, including drafting internal policy and procedure updates.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and developers in Agile delivery teams.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in software development projects.
- Strong analytical skills with experience mapping complex operational workflows and business rules.
- Experience facilitating workshops, managing business validation testing, and coordinating business cutover readiness.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Deep expertise in business analysis within the financial services, retail banking, or credit union sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital banking member experiences.
- Experience in large-scale modernization or enterprise transformation projects.
