Design, build, and integrate enterprise banking solutions on the Backbase platform using .NET technologies. Collaborate with clients and engineers while managing multiple projects in agile settings.

Lead technical architecture and hands-on full-stack development for an AI-powered XR training platform. Define cloud-native solutions, APIs, AI integrations (LLMs, RAG, agents), engineering standards, roadmaps, and mentor developers to deliver scalable, maintainable enterprise-grade software.

Lead strategic public-sector pursuits and manage complex proposals from qualification to award. Drive capture planning, develop win themes, ensure procurement compliance, build proposal processes and content libraries, implement proposal tools (including AI), mentor contributors, and scale a centralized proposal capability to improve win rates and shorten cycle times.
