We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time temporary Business Analyst (Enterprise Planning) to join our Enterprise Planning team in Langley, BC.

This temporary position is expected to last 18 months.

Reporting to the Managing Director, Enterprise Planning, you will be responsible partnering with business leaders to bring structure, insight, and execution discipline to key initiatives. In this role, you will support decision-making through research and analysis, translate priorities into clear plans, and help track progress to ensure initiatives move forward with clarity and accountability

You will be responsible for: (Responsibilities)

  • Analyzing complex qualitative and quantitative information to surface meaningful insights, highlight business impacts, and inform strategic decision-making across teams.
  • Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and producing concise, executive ready dashboards and briefing materials that support leadership alignment and direction.
  • Translating organizational priorities into clear, structured workplans by developing detailed roadmaps, sequencing milestones, and ensuring cross functional visibility.
  • Maintaining documentation of scope, ownership, timelines, and KPI definitions to drive clarity, accountability, and unified understanding across stakeholders.
  • Tracking commitments and project progress, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and emerging issues.
  • Developing stakeholder communications and meeting materials, integrating feedback, and monitoring engagement levels to ensure initiatives are clearly understood and effectively adopted.
  • Monitoring performance metrics, collecting qualitative feedback, organizing insights, and supporting the development of improvement plans and recommended next steps.

You have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, economics or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or change management.
  • A certificate in business analysis, change management, user experience or project management is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

You are:

  • Analytical with the ability to apply practical reasoning and critical thinking.
  • A collaborator and team player with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly attentive with a keen eye for detail.
  • Adaptable and agile in dynamic environments and can quickly adjust to changing priorities.

Compensation Details:

$74,029.00 - $92,536.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
