This role involves overseeing the management and coordination of BIM data, ensuring quality, compliance with standards, and the optimization of processes for multidisciplinary engineering projects
Your role within the team:
- Manage and coordinate BIM models across various disciplines to ensure data integrity and compliance with project requirements.
- Develop and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Conduct quality checks and audits on models to ensure adherence to project standards.
- Facilitate coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders to resolve design clashes and optimize workflows.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to project teams on BIM standards, tools, and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies to continuously improve BIM practice.

The ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM Coordination, preferably in infrastructure, rail, or transit projects.
- Proven track record of working on large-scale, multidisciplinary projects.
- Proficiency in BIM tools, including Revit, Navisworks, Civil3D, ArcGIS, etc.
- Familiarity with BIM collaboration platforms such as BIM360, ACC, Trimble Connect, BIM Collab, or similar.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols (ISO-19650, etc.).
- Experience with clash detection, coordination, and model auditing.
- Basic programming or scripting skills (Dynamo, Python) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while collaborating in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Fluency in English is mandatory (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in French or other languages is an asset, depending on project locations.
Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $60,000 - $100,000 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
