NOTE: This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.- Develop training programs and sales techniques to enhance team performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that is sales driven
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and goals.
- Acquire product line knowledge on all of Spring Financial's programs and educate clients on the best use of these programs.
What You Should Already Have:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Fluent in both English and French
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or a combination of relevant experience.
Additional Attributes:
- Entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented, creative, and charismatic, with the desire to share a laugh or two with your teammates.
- Prior experience in a call center is an asset.
