The Role
Do you love organizing, driving execution forward, and working with teams to help them succeed? Join us as a Junior Technical Project Manager and play a key role in delivering innovative solutions while growing your project management expertise! As a Junior Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our technical teams in delivering innovative solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow under the guidance of senior project managers, applying best practices in project management methodologies. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will help drive small-scale projects, make meaningful contributions to the team, and develop the skills to manage larger, more complex initiatives as you progress in your career.
What you Need to Succeed
- Technical Aptitude: A foundational understanding of SaaS platforms, WebOps, and cloud technologies.
- Project Coordination: Hands-on experience assisting in managing projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

What you Bring to the Table
- Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, ready to apply your knowledge in a fast-paced environment.Project Management Knowledge: A foundational understanding of project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and a passion to deepen your expertise.

The Canadian base salary range for this position is 65,000 - 85,000 CAD per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. At Pantheon, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
