About Ema

Ema is on a mission to redefine the future of work. We’re building the Universal AI Employee—a breakthrough platform that empowers every enterprise worker to focus on creativity, strategy, and innovation while delegating repetitive tasks to AI.

Founded by former leaders from Google, Coinbase, and Okta, and backed by the world’s top investors and operators, Ema is scaling rapidly from Silicon Valley to Bangalore. This is your opportunity to join a rocket-ship company at the forefront of the agentic AI revolution.

The APM Program

The Associate Product Manager (APM) program at Ema is a hands-on, accelerated pathway into product leadership in the world of generative AI and agentic systems. Unlike traditional PM tracks, you won’t just manage tickets—you’ll learn the full arc of product building, from 0 → 1 innovation to enterprise-scale rollout.

As an APM, you’ll:

  • Partner with world-class engineers and designers to shape next-generation AI products.

  • Work directly with enterprise customers to uncover real-world workflows and turn them into transformative AI solutions.

  • Gain deep exposure to B2B sales cycles, go-to-market strategy, and customer success.

  • Contribute to both the technical design and business impact of products that redefine how Fortune 500 companies operate.

This program is designed to transform ambitious builders into AI-native product leaders.

What You’ll Do
  • Build the Future: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and scale AI-powered products.

  • Think Like a Founder: Participate in every stage of the product lifecycle—ideation, design, prototyping, launch, and iteration.

  • Be Close to the Customer: Engage directly with enterprise users, uncover their workflows, and turn insights into product strategy.

  • Shape Strategy: Analyze trends, research competitive dynamics, and help craft the vision of AI employees across industries.

  • Drive Impact: Ensure your products aren’t just shipped, but truly deliver measurable outcomes for customers.

Who You Are
  • Early Career Builder: 0-2 years of experience post most recent degree, eager to learn and grow in product.

  • Problem-Solver: Demonstrated ability to take on complex challenges and ship real solutions.

  • AI Curious (and Serious): Passion for generative AI, agentic workflows, and the future of intelligent systems. Experience in building prototypes using AI is a plus.

  • Technical Credibility: Comfortable with engineering concepts; background in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering preferred.

  • Great Communicator: Collaborative, clear, and confident in working with diverse stakeholders.

Why Ema?

At Ema, you won’t just observe the AI revolution—you’ll help lead it. Our APM program is designed to give you:

  • Unparalleled Exposure: Work side-by-side with founders, senior PMs, and AI engineers.

  • Accelerated Growth: Learn the craft of product management in one of the most transformative industries of our time.

  • Real Ownership: You won’t just shadow—your work will directly shape live products in Fortune 500 enterprises.

  • Mission-Driven Team: Join a culture that values ambition, curiosity, and resilience while building tech that changes how the world works.

We’re not just building AI. We’re building the future of work. Come build it with us.

Ema is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
