At Remarcable, we’re building the operating system for contractors and distributors—solving pain points that have plagued the construction industry for decades. With proven product-market fit and a rapidly scaling business, we’re looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) who’s excited to drive impact end-to-end: from discovery and execution to launch and adoption.

This is not a "just keep the roadmap moving" type of role. You’ll be a builder and problem-solver, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact. Under the guidance and mentorship of our engineering and product leadership, you’ll work closely with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to deliver solutions that truly matter.

If you thrive at the intersection of tech, customers, and business strategy—and you want your work to make a visible difference in an underserved, multi-billion-dollar market—this role is for you.

What You'll Do
  • Own the coordination of specific product lifecycles—from idea to launch to iteration.

  • Lead agile ceremonies with engineering pods, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and retrospectives to ensure steady delivery.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams to ship market-ready, customer-focused solutions.

  • Translate customer insights and data into a clear, executable backlog and functional specifications.

  • Bring technical fluency to engineering discussions, understanding trade-offs and opportunities.

  • Define and track KPIs that measure product success, adoption, and customer satisfaction.

  • Communicate across the company with clarity—distilling complex problems into actionable direction.

  • Apply AI tools and workflows to accelerate discovery, research, and validation.

Who You Are
  • 2-4 years of experience as an Associate Product Manager, Product Analyst, or in a highly technical role within a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical background.

  • Customer-obsessed, data-informed, and comfortable making trade-offs in fast-moving environments.

  • A clear communicator—able to translate technical complexity into simple, actionable insights.

  • Familiar with agile product development processes and eager to coordinate cross-functional team initiatives.

  • Someone who thrives in a startup—adaptable, resourceful, and motivated by impact.

Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with accounting or financial systems.

  • Exposure to ERP integrations or SaaS marketplaces.

  • Hands-on work with AI adoption in product workflows.

Why Join Remarcable?

We’re a Series A SaaS company backed by Insight Partners, scaling fast with a mission to transform construction operations. Our platform has already processed billions in material purchases, and we’re just getting started.

At Remarcable, you’ll:

  • Own meaningful work—your features will directly impact contractors across North America.

  • Be part of a small, high-ownership team where your ideas move fast.

  • Work in a mission-driven company tackling inefficiency in one of the world’s largest industries.

Our Mission

To advance technology adoption in the construction industry by delivering efficiency, visibility, and communication at scale.
