Associate Business Systems Analyst
Hybrid Work Schedule in West Orange, NJ
Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST
Candidates for this position must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. Time on-site or time zone may be necessary based on business need.
Some of the things you will be doing:
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including system functionality, reporting, user guides, and instruction manuals
- Provide first-line business and technical support to a global user base across multiple application instances
- Track email correspondence within the team's group mailbox and escalate time-sensitive correspondence to the appropriate internal parties
- Monitor and process user request tickets for data updates and maintenance
- Operate as a system administrator, including but not limited to monitoring, reviewing, and updating system information
- Complete User Approval Testing for new enhancements and features created for the reporting systems
- Onboard new users, including system and reporting training
- Participate in extensive on-the-job training
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- Bachelor's degree in business or a technical-related discipline
- Experience using the Investran application (1 - 3 years)
- Experience with portfolio/investment and partnership accounting is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., XLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, named ranges)
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and meet service level agreements (SLAs)
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of system aptitude and attention to detail
- Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
