ITSM Support & Administration

• Provide Level 2/3 support for Halo ITSM, Omnify PLM, and Windchill PLM platforms.

• Manage incident response, problem resolution, and system troubleshooting.

• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

2.System Maintenance & Optimization

•nsure system uptime, stability, and performance of ITSM applications.

• Implement updates, patches, and configurations as required.

• Monitor system health, automate routine tasks, and improve workflows.

User & Client Support

• Collaborate with end users, IT teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues.

• Provide training and documentation for users on best practices.

• Assist in onboarding and configuring ITSM tools for new teams

Compliance & Security

• Ensure ITSM tools comply with ITIL, ISO, and organizational security policies.

• Support audits and generate reports on service performance and compliance

Qualifications & Skills:

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Halo ITSM, Omnify PLM, and Windchill PLM.

• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, incident management, and service request workflows.

• Experience with database queries (SQL), scripting (PowerShell, Python), and API integrations.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and IT infrastructure components.
