About the Role:

The IT department at CrowdStrike is at the forefront of enabling our company's rapid growth and technological innovation. We are seeking an AI Operations Manager to help establish the operating model that enables the Enterprise AI team to scale. This role will design and implement AI-native processes, create reliable operational visibility, strengthen knowledge management, and coordinate the forums and intake mechanisms that turn AI strategy into execution.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and able to connect strategy, systems, data, and stakeholders. You will work across the Enterprise AI team and with partners throughout the organization to create clear mechanisms for decision-making, communication, governance, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:
  • Design and implement AI-native operating processes across the Enterprise AI team, using automation, structured information, and AI-enabled workflows to improve how the team plans and executes.

  • Orchestrate operational and program reporting, including the definition, aggregation, and publication of OKRs, KPIs, KRIs, project and program status, health indicators, and other key metrics across multiple systems and stakeholder audiences.

  • Design, govern, and maintain the Enterprise AI knowledge base establishing a hub-and-spoke structure that enables reliable, on-demand access to operational information and supports AI-native processes, tools, and information retrieval.

  • Own and facilitate key stakeholder forums by developing executive-level narratives, content, and agendas that communicate AI product strategy, positioning, roadmap priorities, key initiatives, and program progress, thereby enabling informed decisions and organizational alignment.

  • Administer the Enterprise AI intake process, aggregating and evaluating requests such as AI system integrations, AI feature enablement, and new tool requests, and facilitating approval decisions with the appropriate stakeholders.

  • Oversee the AI asset registry and ensure required data attributes are complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with established expectations.

  • Continuously improve the Enterprise AI operating model by identifying friction, clarifying ownership, and introducing scalable mechanisms for planning, prioritization, governance, and communication.

What You’ll Need:
  • 7+ years of experience in program management or Operations with a track record of building and improving processes in a technology, product, AI, or other fast-paced environments and delivering measurable results.

  • Ability to connect people, processes, tools, and data into practical operating mechanisms that scale across teams and stakeholder groups.

  • Experience creating content that turns complex operational and program information into clear executive-level narratives.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to align stakeholders, facilitate forums, clarify decisions, and drive execution without relying solely on formal authority.

  • Working knowledge of Generative AI, AI platforms, and common enterprise AI use cases, with demonstrated curiosity and drive to apply AI to enable new ways of working.

  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a continuous-improvement mindset with the ability to move quickly in an evolving environment.
