Job Description Summary

As a leader in the biotechnology space STEMCELL Technologies is looking for an AI Marketing Specialist to accelerate the integration of AI capabilities into our digital sales and marketing ecosystem. In this role you will apply cutting edge technologies and innovative marketing approaches to expand our operational capacity, enhance personalization and improve digital customer experience.
As our subject matter expert for AI marketing, you will translate strategic business needs into scalable AI-assisted solutions improving customer learning and buying journeys and strengthening campaign-to-revenue performance. In this highly collaborative role you will partner with Marketing, Sales, E-commerce and Information Systems to help deliver high-impact initiatives that increase efficiency and customer engagement in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and manage AI product roadmaps aligned with cross-functional teams around operational improvements and customer engagement objectives

  • Lead development and scaling of AI initiatives such as development of AI Assistants or chatbots, predictive personalization, and A/B testing automation and intelligent workflow automation

  • Collaborates with data teams to activate first-party data and enable AI-powered personalization and segmentation

  • Facilitates cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Ecommerce, and IS to ensure successful implementation of AI tools and systems

  • Champions adoption of intelligent automation to enhance customer engagement, campaign execution and operational efficiency

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field related to AI Marketing, with 6-10 years of experience in digital product management, marketing technology, or AI/automation solutions

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in marketing (e.g., chatbots, personalization engines, predictive analytics, automated testing), including awareness of model strengths, limitations and prompt-engineering best practices

  • Proficiency with data tools such as Python and/or Javascript, SQL queries, data cleaning and data extraction, A/B testing frameworks and marketing automation and demand generation tools such as Eloqua. 

  • Familiarity with responsible AI practices including data privacy, security and governance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to champion adoption and change management

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

$81,700.00 - $122,500.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
