Advisor, Talent Acquisition – Temporary Position (Less than one year)

As a temporary Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in attracting and selecting top talent for entry-level and high-volume positions, as well as professional and management roles that meet the functional and strategic needs of the organization.

What you will accomplish with us

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in high-volume recruitment and staffing for entry-level roles

  • Act as a strategic, operational, and tactical partner to managers to identify their recruitment needs and adapt strategies to fill positions optimally and sustainably

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies (social media, candidate databases, etc.) and participate in networking events to promote the employer brand and expand your network

  • Contribute to creating and maintaining talent pools with an in-depth understanding of the North American job market

  • Collaborate with colleagues in Canada and the United States to share best practices focused on efficiency, innovation, and performance

  • Manage all stages of the recruitment process with agility, ensuring a positive experience for candidates, managers, and internal partners

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

  • Has a minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a recruitment advisory role

  • Possesses an advanced level of French, as you will participate in meetings with internal and external partners, including colleagues, managers from various business units, and candidates on a daily basis

  • Demonstrates strong sourcing skills and interest in this activity

  • Has proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a constantly evolving environment

  • Is comfortable working with performance indicators and thriving in a dynamic, high-volume setting

The typical hiring range for this position is from CAD $55,375 to $96,093 per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the position. At iA, we are committed to providing a fair, equitable, and market-based compensation structure. Our market data is updated annually to reflect the most current market conditions.
