The rate of pay will range from $25.57 to $32.63 per hour, with an average pay rate of $29.90 per hour, and will vary depending on the duties and responsibilities.

UBC Hiring Solutions provides temporary administrative, clerical or executive assistant support to UBC administrative and academic departments located on Point Grey Campus, Robson Square, and several hospital sites. As a temporary employee with UBC Hiring Solutions, you will be placed on full-time assignments (35 hours per week) which will vary in length, pay, location and work arrangement (onsite full-time vs. hybrid). 

 

Assignments will also vary in terms of the work performed; however, typical duties and responsibilities will be focused on the following areas: 

  • Office Administration 
  • Executive Assistance 
  • Reception 
  • Program Assistance 
  • Student Information Support 

 

We are continually accepting applications for our temporary roster. Please note that temps are only hired on as needed, based on demand. If your skills align with our needs, we will reach out to you when an opportunity arises.
