Teams at Xsolla

Own product discovery, roadmap coordination, requirements writing, delivery management, metrics, and cross-team communication for Xsolla Partner Network, a two-sided marketplace connecting game publishers and content creators. Conduct customer research, prioritize publisher and creator needs, write PRDs, manage Jira backlogs, partner with design and engineering, and track product performance. Requires product ownership experience, gaming and influencer marketing knowledge, and familiarity with creator platforms.

The Principal Engineer will architect and own the Shop Builder platform, defining APIs, developing tools for developers and AI agents, and ensuring the platform's technical standards and documentation are met.

Lead a distributed team of data scientists and engineers, focusing on data infrastructure and ML systems while collaborating with product and marketing teams.
