Own the Commercial SMB customer segment, driving onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Build a proactive, AI-assisted customer success model; lead SMB onboarding and AI agent rollout; design scalable workflows, processes, and playbooks; coordinate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Support, Product, and AI teams; and represent SMB customer needs across the organization.

Own end-to-end design for a core product area, framing ambiguous problems, prioritizing work, and delivering evidence-based experiences across systems and surfaces. Use research, Pendo, Dovetail, and metrics to guide decisions and measure impact. Establish implementation-ready documentation, apply AI-enabled workflows, influence cross-functional teams, mentor designers, and maintain high standards for design quality and collaboration.

Own the vision and roadmap for Wrapbook’s Agreement Data Platform, including agreement data models, rules, APIs, operator tooling, validation, and governance. Partner with engineering and payroll teams on migrations, service boundaries, explainability, compliance, and reliable downstream calculations. Drive discovery through launch, define measurable success metrics, use data to prioritize decisions, and leverage AI tools daily for analysis, coding comprehension, writing, and prototyping.
