Lead the Frontend Platform team owning shared frontend infrastructure, component system, and reporting. Contribute technically through code reviews and architecture, partner with product/design, set frontend quality standards, hire and coach engineers, and drive roadmap and technical design reviews.

The Senior Data Platform Engineer will design and operate a unified data platform, ensuring reliable data flows and collaborating across teams to shape data strategy and architecture.

Own and scale Wrapbook’s analytics layer, including ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, governed metrics, semantic layers, canonical datasets, and self-service analytics tools. Partner with Engineering and business stakeholders to define analytical solutions, ensure data quality, optimize warehouse performance, and maintain production reliability through testing, monitoring, alerting, and incident resolution. Establish analytics engineering standards, mentor team members, document data for human and AI consumers, and evaluate new tools.

Design, build, and operate integrations, APIs, data exchange systems, and AI-enabled connections for accounting and ERP platforms. Own integration pipelines, SLAs, data contracts, observability, and production support. Provide technical direction through architecture reviews, code reviews, and pair programming while partnering cross-functionally on roadmap decisions. The role requires hands-on software development, scalable data architecture, secure integrations, experimentation, and participation in an on-call rotation.

Supports the Chief Product Officer, Senior VP of Engineering, and General Counsel by managing priorities, calendars, travel, meetings, events, follow-ups, and cross-functional projects. Identifies and improves inefficient processes, documents decisions, tracks deliverables, handles sensitive information, and completes ambiguous, high-stakes work. The role requires strong organization, communication, ownership, relationship-building, and comfort working in a fast-paced remote technology startup.

Own and build the end-to-end tax function: corporate income, sales/indirect, cross-border and Canadian tax. Implement tax engine integrations, manage compliance, advise leadership, research technical positions, and coordinate external advisors and audits.

Lead development of an internal AI deployment platform and build agentic workflows across Marketing, Sales, Support, Finance, and Operations. Manage a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and embedded business users, partner with functional leaders, measure business impact, and ensure secure, compliant AI adoption.

The Senior Sales Operations & Compensation Manager will oversee Salesforce data, compensation administration, forecasting, and sales process optimization to enhance revenue predictability.

Lead and operate the Workers' Compensation program: oversee TPA claims handling, analyze loss trends, drive underwriting and risk-mitigation initiatives, manage WC operations team, build WC knowledge base, and use AI tools to improve workflows and reporting.

The GTM Systems Engineer will design, build, and maintain Salesforce systems, create automations, manage data, and improve workflows for revenue operations.

Provide high-quality inbound support (email, chat, phone) for crew and client users: triage, troubleshoot, reproduce bugs, manage case backlog, escalate urgent issues, coordinate cross-functional resolution, document SOPs, mentor junior teammates, and surface product gaps and automation opportunities.
