Provides frontline IT support for approximately 100 employees across hybrid Bay Area offices. Responsibilities include service desk intake and troubleshooting, Windows and mobile endpoint support, Microsoft 365 administration, onboarding and offboarding, identity and access management, asset inventory, hardware lifecycle coordination, documentation, root-cause analysis, and occasional on-call support. The role also provides onsite hardware, conference room, and AV assistance while supporting security awareness and process improvements.

Lead and manage compliance monitoring for multiple construction projects across Northern California. Supervise and train field staff, conduct species and habitat surveys, ensure permit compliance, coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies, prepare reports and scopes of work, support proposals, and maintain safety and field documentation.
