Teams at Worldwide Clinical Trials

Manage Phase I–IV clinical trials from startup through closeout, overseeing technical, financial, operational, resource, quality, cost, and timeline objectives. Lead cross-functional and external teams, coordinate subcontractors, develop and track project plans, resolve conflicts, manage contingencies, and ensure deliverables meet client and contract expectations. The role requires clinical pharmaceutical or research experience, knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP, strong communication and organizational skills, and domestic and international travel.

Support post-award site identification by developing site identification strategies, managing feasibility questionnaires, coordinating CDAs and outreach, recommending sites, training and overseeing Site Activation Specialists, and supporting remote teams. Travel under 10%.
