Manage all stages of multifamily and mixed‑use development from acquisition through completion: approvals, permitting, rezoning, consultant procurement, budgets, schedules, proformas, stakeholder and municipal engagement, and cross‑functional coordination to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Support development team through all phases of multifamily projects: coordinate approvals, manage consultants and documentation, review drawings, maintain schedules and reports, assist public engagement and sales launches, and liaise with municipalities and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Lead Woodbridge's external communications and digital presence: create and deliver content across social, web, email, and advertising; manage digital platforms and campaigns; analyze performance and provide insights; coordinate with cross-functional teams; attend sites/events for content capture and ensure cohesive brand execution.
