Supervises the regional Projects department, allocating incoming requests, delegating project management responsibilities, coordinating large projects with customers and branches, and overseeing project plans, purchasing negotiations, workflows, and issue resolution. Ensures adherence to policies, procedures, protocols, and SOPs; trains and supports team members; adjusts processes and resources as needed; and promotes an effective, collaborative team environment.
