Lead full-cycle recruitment for Canadian clients: source, screen, interview, and close candidates. Lead corporate accounting and financial reporting for the company and international subsidiaries, ensuring GAAP compliance, managing treasury and cash forecasts, driving shared services and centralized treasury, coordinating audits and external providers, and supervising a global remote finance team while partnering cross-functionally to align financial strategy.
