Own workforce scheduling for contact centre teams across phone, chat, and email. Build schedules, manage shrinkage and coverage, process schedule changes, analyze adherence and service metrics, explain staffing trade-offs, and partner with People Ops, Enablement, Systems, and domain leaders. Improve scheduling processes through automation and tools such as Playvox and Claude.

Lead full-stack development of people intelligence products, including performance, compensation, talent review, rewards, and employee self-service tools. Design scalable integrations with HR systems and people data platforms, protecting sensitive employee information through authentication, authorization, and auditability. Partner with People teams to simplify complex processes, lead products from conception through iteration, and improve engineering standards through reviews, documentation, and mentorship.
