The Operations Specialist Management Trainee Program develops future Operations Managers through hands-on experience in leadership, safety, customer service, and operational efficiency over 12-18 months.

Direct customer and commercial truck traffic to appropriate dump sites, move signs and cones, perform site cleanup, sweep and power wash equipment, and provide customer service. The role requires outdoor work in all weather, strenuous lifting of 50–75+ pounds, safe operation of forklifts and skid steers, and use of hand and power tools. Applicants need at least two years of work experience and must pass background and drug screening.

Supervise daily collection route operations, ensure driver safety and compliance, conduct on-road observations and audits, manage schedules and performance, investigate incidents, collaborate with dispatch, and maintain EH&S programs to meet service, financial, and safety targets.
