Drive adoption of Victaulic products within the Vancouver construction and engineering market by cultivating engineer and owner relationships, developing technical design specifications, leading small stakeholder councils, and achieving sales targets through autonomous business development and collaborative team support.

Lead planning and execution of construction/industrial projects from award through delivery. Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans; manage risks, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and KPIs; report progress and drive continuous improvement to meet scope, timeline, and quality targets.

Drive sales growth in the commercial and institutional sectors by building relationships with contractors, engineers, developers, and distributors. Use a consultative approach to identify customer needs, recommend Victaulic solutions, grow accounts, engage strategically in the market, collaborate with the Metro team, and maintain sales forecasting and reporting.
