Lead planning and execution of construction/industrial projects from award through delivery. Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans; manage risks, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and KPIs; report progress and drive continuous improvement to meet scope, timeline, and quality targets.

Drive sales growth in the commercial and institutional sectors by building relationships with contractors, engineers, developers, and distributors. Use a consultative approach to identify customer needs, recommend Victaulic solutions, grow accounts, engage strategically in the market, collaborate with the Metro team, and maintain sales forecasting and reporting.

Drive growth in Western Canada infrastructure (water/wastewater) by building relationships with consulting engineers and project owners, influencing specifications early, supporting technical discussions, managing project workflows, developing value-driven business cases, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders to position Victaulic solutions.
