Supports the outside sales team through customer and project activities, jobsite and stakeholder meetings, construction-project research, market development, territory initiatives, and analytics projects. The intern develops technical and commercial knowledge, builds account insights, collaborates with sales leaders, and presents project findings to leadership. The role provides mentorship and practical experience in construction sales and business development.

Lead planning and execution of construction/industrial projects from award through delivery. Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans; manage risks, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and KPIs; report progress and drive continuous improvement to meet scope, timeline, and quality targets.

Drive adoption of Victaulic products within the Vancouver construction and engineering market by cultivating engineer and owner relationships, developing technical design specifications, leading small stakeholder councils, and achieving sales targets through autonomous business development and collaborative team support.
