Partners with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, represents Marketing in strategic initiatives, and mentors colleagues.

Leads end-to-end talent acquisition for complex, confidential, and leadership roles. Partners with executives and senior leaders on hiring strategy, sourcing, selection, and candidate experience. Uses talent mapping, recruitment analytics, compensation intelligence, AI-enabled tools, and automation to improve outcomes. Leads recruiting initiatives, supports executive searches, coaches the TA team, trains hiring managers, ensures compliance, and advises on process improvements.

Plans and coordinates live and virtual events, including conferences, workshops, symposiums, and internal meetings. Manages venues, schedules, logistics, registration, booths, vendors, contracts, speakers, technical setup, and attendee communications. Provides on-site and online event support, prepares cost and attendance reports, compiles evaluations, and uses feedback to improve future events. Requires occasional travel and flexible hours during events.
