Lead technical pre-sales for AI-enabled content management solutions: run discovery workshops, design scalable cloud and AI architectures, build demos and POCs (LLMs, RAG, LangChain, vector DBs), support proposals and delivery, and mentor teams to integrate AI into managed services for Box, SharePoint, and Blob Storage environments.

Lead full sales cycle for AI-enabled content and automation solutions across Canada and the U.S., focusing on Box, SharePoint, and Blob Storage. Build pipeline, engage senior stakeholders in consultative sales, design solutions with technical teams, manage CRM records, form vendor partnerships, and travel occasionally (up to 25%).

Deliver and support IBM FileNet enterprise solutions across on-prem and cloud environments. Manage installations, configurations, and upgrades, work with client technical teams on deployments, provide technical guidance and after-hours support, assist cloud implementations, maintain demo/test environments, and collaborate on estimates and documentation.

Build and enhance docuflow on SAP BTP across full stack: CAP services, Fiori/UI5 and React front-ends, integrations with SAP and enterprise content repositories, asynchronous processing, document migrations, metadata/versioning, and developer tooling. Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation and feature delivery from concept to production.
