Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers across the U.S. and LATAM. Responsibilities include retention, expansion, account planning, executive relationship management, pipeline creation, commercial forecasting, usage-based pricing strategy, negotiation, and closing expansion opportunities. The role requires proactive identification of whitespace and revenue opportunities, multi-threading across complex organizations, and applying MEDDICC to enterprise renewal and expansion cycles.
