Teams at vCluster

Write and maintain conceptual, how-to, and reference documentation for vCluster products and tenant-isolation concepts. Verify procedures by running software, standing up Kubernetes tenant clusters, capturing screenshots, and confirming CLI output. Collaborate with engineers using tickets and design documents, improve documentation information architecture, and edit content for terminology and style consistency. The role requires Kubernetes fundamentals, terminal and CLI proficiency, technical writing experience, versioned documentation workflows, and comfort using AI-assisted writing and coding tools.

Build production infrastructure features in Go while embedding security into the product. Own vulnerability triage and remediation through patched releases, threat-model new features, conduct security-sensitive code and design reviews, and improve secure engineering practices. Requires deep Kubernetes knowledge, including API server, admission control, RBAC, controllers, kubelet, and attack surfaces such as container breakout and privilege escalation.

Lead design and implementation of a production-grade LLM inference platform: deploy and serve models on GPU infrastructure, optimize latency and cost with quantization/batching/caching/routing, build infrastructure in Python or Golang, operate serving frameworks (vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM), and own the inference roadmap working with CTO and Product.
