Teams at UL Solutions

Perform safety and non-safety certification inspections and audits of manufacturers quality systems. Analyze test results against UL requirements, document findings, recommend corrective actions, use inspection instruments, verify calibration, communicate with customers and authorities, and perform regional travel for client site visits and occasional training.

Serve as the main CX champion by managing Voice of Customer feedback, resolving customer complaints, driving cross-functional CX improvements, documenting actions in Salesforce, reporting on initiatives, and partnering with regional leaders to enhance end-to-end customer experience and compliance with complaint-handling SOPs.
