Cares for and exercises horses through feeding, grooming, mucking out, handling, treatments, riding, and stable maintenance. Reports health issues, maintains equipment and arenas, transports horses, supports client riding activities, and assists with new-starter induction. Requires professional grooming and horse-care experience, BHS Stage 2 riding ability, a clean driving licence, and experience working with children.

Provides planned, reactive, and preventive maintenance for AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and other building mechanical systems. Diagnoses faults, completes repairs, supports installations, writes service reports, oversees contractors, and provides technical support for site equipment. The role includes participation in on-call and nightshift rotations, prioritizing maintenance work, and requires competence in building services, BMS, electrical systems, and mechanical servicing.

Loads, unloads, protects, assembles, stores, and delivers furniture and building materials to properties. Maintains inventory, vehicle cleanliness, safety compliance, delivery documentation, and vehicle checks. Provides colleague cover and participates in shifts and on-call rotations. Requires similar manual-handling experience, health and safety certification, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a full clean UK driving licence.

Maintains and monitors building management and control systems, diagnoses faults, replaces and programs components, calibrates controllers, manages spare parts, and coordinates specialist contractors. The role includes preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, service reporting, on-call duties, health and safety compliance, and collaboration with property management teams.
