Lead development and maintenance of WBS and detailed project schedules, implement EVM frameworks, monitor schedule performance, perform schedule and cost risk analyses (Monte Carlo, QSRA/QCRA), support procurement and contractor schedule reviews, and collaborate with project stakeholders to mitigate delays and support project delivery.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, engineering, and project-focused roles (primarily Energy & Natural Resources). Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and strategy, source and engage passive candidates, build talent pipelines, deliver strong candidate experiences, coach junior recruiters, and support TA initiatives including diversity-focused sourcing and process improvements.

The Senior Cost Consultant will oversee cost management, prepare estimates and reports, manage budgets, and lead client interactions, ensuring project profitability and compliance.
